There’s nothing better than converting unused space into something special for the entire family to enjoy. The Loft Project constructed by Red House Custom Building [RHCB] did just that!
We took over a large attic space that spanned across two bedrooms with a bathroom in the middle. The result was an awesome play space for the kids, that now overlooks the two bedrooms on either side. This created incredible cathedral ceilings, with added decorative wood beams. By removing an awkwardly placed closet from the window wall of the Front Bedroom, and relocating it to the wall adjacent the Bathroom, we were able to enlarge the square footage of the loft floor space. And add more natural light to the room! I especially love the custom railing and ladder made of reclaimed wood and wrought iron!
